Calendar of Events


We will try to keep the calendar up to date for your benefit in event scheduling. Please note that in most cases only one Off-site event per day is possible. On-site events at Northside Sports in Hinckley are pretty flexible in numbers of groups that can be scheduled for a given day.

RESERVATION TIPS/REQUIREMENTS

  • One off-site event per day (unless otherwise noted)
  • Minimum group size of 8 players for game reservations.
  • Have an alternate date in mind in case of scheduling conflicts.
  • Make your reservation early, especially if you want a specific date to play!
  • We require at least 7 days notice for groups wishing to play in Prescott (limited availability).
  • The course in Hinckley is available anytime during daylight hours and can be used all year round.
  • We prefer a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for reserving Hinckley games (ex: before noon on Friday for play on Saturday)
  • All off-site reservations must be arranged and confirmed (group size, etc.) at least 3 full days in advance (ex: before noon on Wednesday to play on Saturday)
